We are looking for a Process Engineer to focus on lithography process development, improvement, and transfer to high-volume production. The role includes independent project work, process monitoring, and data analysis to support yield and quality.

About the job:

  • Lead and manage preventive and improvement projects independently.
  • Define and optimize process flows for lithography.
  • Support new product development and help transfer processes to mass production.
  • Analyze device and process data to identify improvement opportunities and increase yield.
  • Validate process steps by reviewing inline data and ensuring process stability.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation on:
  • Plan fulfillment (output and quality)
  • Productivity and efficiency
  • On-time delivery performance
  • Cost planning and control
  • Quality system performance in the module area

About you:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
  • Experience in lithography processes, equipment, and procedures is preferred.
  • Able to manage technical projects independently.
  • Skilled in process and machine data analysis using standard tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Very good written and spoken English or German, and willing to learn the other.
