For our plant in Mirandola we are looking for a new Process Engineer.
You will be part of the Operations technical department and, working in a cross-functional team, you will sustain, improve and validate biomedical disposable’s manufacturing processes.

TECHINICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering
• Min. 2 years of experience in the role or similar roles (such as manufacturing or validation engineer) working on injection molding processes
• Knowledge of validation strategy and management of validation documents necessary for the process validation (IQ – OQ – PQ)
• Knowledge of statistical tools: DOE study, Gage R&R, Capability analysis (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk), sampling size definition preferably by means Minitab software.
• Good English level
• Knowledge of main Lean manufacturing tools and methods

• Daily support to production department to assure manufacturing continuity by performing root cause analysis and implementing technical solutions
• Improve manufacturing performance indicators (KPIs) such us safety, quality, delivery, inventory and efficiency by promoting and executing improving plans
• Perform validation of manufacturing processes and test methods using a statistical approach
• Define, write and update manufacturing operating procedures to guarantee the quality for the entire production process
• Support the development of new equipment and technologies applied to medical device manufacturing
• Promote, apply and sustain Lean Manufacturing pillars methodologies
