SKILLS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering with 2 - 10 years process engineering experience.
• Strong technical skills as displayed by:
• The ability to troubleshoot maintenance & process issues with equipment and unit operations.
• The ability to participate in process & equipment design.
• Familiarity with data analytics techniques and software
• Project management skills, including familiarity with the engineering and construction process.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across multiple levels of an organization.

Candidate will provide process engineering support for the daily operations of Acrylic Dispersions department (Building 437) at the Avon Lake site. The process engineering role interacts daily with the supervisors, operators and production staff, helping to coordinate all aspects of the chemical production process. The position reports directly to the Technical Supervisor.
