Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and analysing production processes to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
  • Creating target vs. actual comparisons
  • Developing site-wide methods and concepts for continuous process improvement in close collaboration with the local leadership team (Operational Excellence)
  • Monitoring quality processes and product manufacturing costs in cooperation with the relevant departments
  • Leading and coordinating projects to implement process optimization, increase efficiency, and reduce costs in alignment with management (Change Management)
  • Supporting and implementing investment projects (CapEx – Capital Expenses)
  • Establishing process regulations and technical documentation for processes
  • Conducting and documenting process training and preparing the corresponding materials
