Yield Optimization: Champion initiatives to improve manufacturing and packing yields through innovative strategies and continuous improvement methodologies. Safety and Quality Assurance: Uphold company’s commitment to safety and quality by implementing best practices and ensuring compliance throughout all project stages. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct investigations into compliance issues and deviations, utilizing root cause analysis to develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Technology Transfers: Manage the seamless transfer of technology and processes for new product introductions and modifications, ensuring smooth transitions and project alignment. Process Innovations: Collaborate on the development and implementation of new processes for in-house manufactured products, pushing the boundaries of efficiency and quality. Basic Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables related to production improvements, ensuring alignment with operational goals and stakeholder expectations. Data Analytics: Utilize basic data analytics to monitor production metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making processes that enhance operational efficiency. Who you are: B.Tech or B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. 2-3 years in a relevant role within the chemical manufacturing sector, with a focus on projects and process engineering.
