About the role: The Process Engineer will be responsible for documenting and improving manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and ensure product quality. What you'll do: Analyze and optimize production-related processes; Improve and document product manufacturing procedures; Update work instructions and track engineering change notices; Plan and deliver training related to new manufacturing methods; Monitor production performance and collaborate with operators to ensure production targets are met; Participate in new product introduction meetings and ensure production requirements are met within projects; Identify improvements to production facilities based on manufacturing processes; Contribute to production layout and setup projects. Qualifications: 10 years of experience related to engineering production fields; Bachelor’s degree in automated production engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent; Knowledge of continuous improvement principles; Knowledge of automation; Bilingual in French and English; Needs to be able to work on-site 5 times a week to be close to the production; Persistent and detail-oriented; Autonomous and resourceful; Strong teamwork and communication skills; Strong ability to learn quickly. #makewaves
