Context: At DynaFin Consulting, a leading advisory firm specializing in finance, banking, and insurance, we are strengthening our team of financial experts. We are seeking an experienced payment process engineer ready to take on a significant project in response to the new Instant Payments Regulation.

• Analyze needs and assess impacts on existing processes following the implementation of the regulation.
• Design, document, and optimize current and future processes to ensure compliance.
• Oversee process documentation and governance, ensuring regular updates of processes and data.
• Prepare accurate reports for management and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Profile

• Holder of a master’s degree or equivalent experience, with certification in Business Process Management and Change Management.
• Required Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in technical writing and process modeling, with excellent proficiency in modeling tools such as Visio and Aris. In-depth knowledge of the payments sector is essential.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of Dutch and English with proven written and oral communication skills and professional level in French
• Personality: Analytical, methodical, independent, precise, with a strong attention to detail, quality, and results-oriented. Leadership and a solid understanding of IT solutions.
