Job Description The role holder will take ownership to provide engineering support and solution to Plating Production line to ensure smooth operation that meet the Quality, Cost & Delivery (Q,C,D) requirement. Key Responsibilities Determine optimum process condition through comprehensive evaluation & controls to non-conforming products. Work directly with Operation and other cross functional team to support, develop and sustain good practices in Plating process including Hazardous Waste Management and Company cost down activities. Conduct comprehensive evaluation and qualification for any new product (NPI) or equipment setup according to QMS requirement including technical report writing. Analyze & identify key process indicators such as ABL & Yield for continuous improvement activity by product, equipment or process control. Conduct investigation & perform related simulation with QCD in any matter of quality related issues/customer claims through FTA, Why-Why Analysis or other relevant tools. Manage & perform tracking with equipment/maintenance team to ensure machine stability, safety enhancement is met, project management or related task assigned by superior/HOD. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Material Sc or Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or related subject. Preferable with Plating process working experience in similar Semiconductor field (minimum 3 years). Possess strong analytical skills, creative thinking & manufacturing knowledge that propose innovative solution for continuous improvement. Good knowledge & skill in computer software such as Microsoft Offices & AutoCAD. Good to have process knowledge such as FMEA/SPC/ Process control tools.
