responsibilities:

• Lead all process engineering efforts within your department
• Identify cost reduction opportunities
• Coordinate with the quality engineering team on improvements
• Coordinate with the maintenance and reliability teams on process improvements

requirements:

• BS Engineering required: mechanical or similar preferred, will consider metallurgical and other relevant fields
• 3+ years of experienced focused on process engineering / process improvements
• Casting experience required
• Great communication (written and verbal), a team mindset, and leadership abilities
