- Lead all process engineering efforts within your department
- Identify cost reduction opportunities
- Coordinate with the quality engineering team on improvements
- Coordinate with the maintenance and reliability teams on process improvements
requirements:
- BS Engineering required: mechanical or similar preferred, will consider metallurgical and other relevant fields
- 3+ years of experienced focused on process engineering / process improvements
- Casting experience required
- Great communication (written and verbal), a team mindset, and leadership abilities
