Description

Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: What are the main areas of responsibilities for this role and what are the main day to day activities? Write or list out all of the main job activities that are necessary for success in this role. · Leading / supporting as key players in regional / factories process optimization, new raw material introduction testing and optimization, new product development activities, support in problem solving · Develop approach strategy / methodology for sustainable factory performance · Monitoring results, compile data, analysis with prompt corrective actions · Cross deployment of good practices across factories in region · Quality process documentations; Operations manual / SOP, training and trouble shooting · Leading / supporting Requirement specification for new investments · Consultation to experts and working with stakeholders · Compliance to group SHE, recipe policy and certification standards · Explore opportunities to improve competitive advantage in products, cost differentiation and applications · Production costing, energy usage, PKFs and etc evaluation · Time plan with integrated risk management · Proactive and constructive communication with stakeholders · Periodic reports and information management · Any other jobs as assigned Communication & Working Relationships Add more information on reporting lines, team members and necessary cross functional working relationships.
