Job Description Development, implementation, and maintenance of technological processes, instructions, and standards Preparation of drawings, diagrams, plans, process flow charts, labor organization calculations (time studies), equipment, machines, and mechanisms Maintaining technical documentation, timely updates and amendments, and proposing improvements for production process modernization Conducting technical training for employees regarding compliance with manufacturing technologies and procedures Creating innovative solutions according to product requirements (specifications, cost, quality) Responsible for comprehensive research of lighting solutions from both electrical and mechanical perspectives Managing e-BOM (Engineering Bill of Materials / Engineering Documentation) and configuring parameters enabling operators to generate variants in the MRP system Technical reporting Qualifications Higher engineering education (mechanics, electrical engineering, or electronics) 2–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing Knowledge of Lean systems English proficiency at B1 level or higher Additional Information At Schréder, every employee is valued for his or her skill set.
