Job Description • Participate in product design in a co-engineering mode using appropriate methodologies • Design macro processes based on standard SMP • Identify the needs of specific production equipment • Define method time and perform a complete and detailed line balancing • Identify critical process steps where detailed Process FMEA and complete FAR/FAI will be carried out • Prepare industrial documentation such as work instructions, industrial data sheets, etc. • Prepare manufacturing drawings in CATIA • Define workstation layouts by considering ergonomic and EHS rules and optimizing movements • Validate all industrialization activities in production • Support production in achieving QCD targets by resolving related issues • Develop specifications for industrial tools intended for mass production Qualifications • Preferably 5 to 10 years of experience in the railway or automotive industry • Technical experience in Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, and Lean Manufacturing • Experience working with an ERP system (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration tracking • Working knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics • Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA, etc.) • Experience with Process FMEA and QRQC • English level: minimum B2, both written and spoken Contrat/Pays: FixedTerm Job family: Project management
Responsibilities
