Job Description:
Analyze mechanical drawings to develop efficient machining processes.
Design or select appropriate tooling for the job requirement. (Such as jig, fixtures, cutting tools)
Collaborate with the CNC Programmers to automate the machining operations.
Create a standardized process, write detailed work instructions and catalog as SOP.
Train and mentor the machinist on new processes and procedures.
Monitor process performance.
Identify, troubleshoot and solve the production’s process issues.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Work with the Quality team for handling customer’s quality feedback.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience.
Effective communication skill and ability to work well in a team.
Able to work independently and highly self-motivated
Skill Requirements:
Intermediate knowledge of SolidWork.
Intermediate knowledge of UG.
Intermediate knowledge of MasterCAM Programming.
Intermediate knowledge of Turn-Mill Programming.
Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite.
Able to communicate in English and Malay.
