The Role

Working closely with Engineering, Production and Operations, you will identify and deliver practical improvements across site processes.

• Key responsibilities include:Drive process and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
• Analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and improve SOPs and standardised processes
• Support process trials and CAPEX initiatives
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams

Your Background

• Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification
• Experience in Process, Manufacturing or Production Engineering
• Background in industrial, chemical or high-volume manufacturing
• Strong Lean, CI and root cause analysis experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Hands-on approach with strong stakeholder management skills
