REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with quality management system (QMS)
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge/ certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering specialty and 3 years relevant experience or 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Proficient in reading SOP, SOW, SDS, etc.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001standards
    Mileage reimbursement at the US gov’t rate ($0.70 per mile driven). Untaxed.

Responsibilities
  • Quickly learn new processes and identify process deficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Review and analyze large volumes of data quickly and accurately, and present in a transparent manner
  • Review standard process documentation and ensure operational compliance.
  • Communicate both written and verbal to senior leadership
  • Review process and available data to support root cause analysis (RCA) and development of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
