Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Process Engineer, you will be the user representative for projects and/or the project leader within the department, ensuring knowledge management across production activities. You will support and coordinate projects in the Sterile Manufacturing Plant, maintaining compliance with cGMP guidelines and UCB procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support and coordinate projects in the Sterile Manufacturing Plant.
  • Write, review, and approve cGMP documents for operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of sterile manufacturing activities.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and equipment investigations.
  • Lead investigations, manage deviations, and implement CAPA for process issues.

  • Master’s degree in Bioengineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP requirements for sterile product development and manufacturing.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills and safety-minded approach.
