Description
Manage Electrical Safety Program (Arc Flash and Shock Hazard) for the facility, including conducting Arc Flash/Shock Hazard study of the facility electrical distribution system. Provide appropriate arc flash labeling for electrical components. Must know AutoCad software and is responsible for maintaining plant's electrical distribution system drawings Must have excellent interpersonal skills; verbal and written and must be able to perform the duties without much supervision Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook is crucial Responsible to write and manage annual Capital Improvement Budget (CIB) Projects (MEARS application) Support electrical aspect of all facility projects for construction & maintenance and provide electrical details to electrical trade leader for execution of the facility projects Provide electrical/controls support for the Powerhouse and waste treatment. Familiar with Allen Bradley and/or Siemen's power logic software and fundamental knowledge of vision controls systems Manage 6-monthly inspections of fire safety systems. Manage energy conservation program for the facility; conduct energy conservation team meetings, report on plant's energy conservation efforts and take steps to achieve annual energy savings targets.
