• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maximize uptime.
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D and Production to optimize line performance.
• Apply programming and lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste.
