OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding and CNC operations a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages relevant to robotics and automation systems.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities
  • Validate and document equipment installation, processing, and output
  • Review and/or create production work instructions to drive improvement and reduce redundancy
  • Provide input in corrective or preventive actions required from CAPAs, root cause analysis, nonconformances, or general feedback, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance activities.
  • Maintain and develop documentation of process specifications, procedures, and improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
