JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. This role requires a strong background in engineering principles, particularly in mechanical engineering and process engineering, as well as proficiency in various design and manufacturing software.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing facility.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming and operation is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with robotics applications in manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks for designing process layouts and equipment.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and process simulations using tools like Creo and Quantum engineering.
  • Oversee the installation of new equipment and ensure proper integration into existing systems.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, changes, and improvements for compliance purposes.
  • Train staff on new processes, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
