Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing (new) production processes within the organization.
As a Process Engineer, you are involved in identifying areas for improvement in the production process, developing new tools, procedures and methods to increase efficiency and reduce costs, and solving technical and operational problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the (continued) adequacy of the (operational) production processes to reliably (quality, safety and effectiveness) deliver the requested products, services and services;
  • Assessment of the manufacturability (realizability) of requested products, services and services;
  • Complete the process/production side of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process…;
  • Identify and analyze inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the production process;
  • Develop and implement improvement plans and process optimizations;
  • Training employees and providing technical support;
  • Substantively directs the work planners of the various production (operational) locations;
    As a Process Engineer, you will report to the Manager Business Office.
