Description
The Process Engineer will play a key role in driving process excellence and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for identifying process inefficiencies, analyzing root causes, and implementing robust, data-driven solutions to ensure stable, high-performing, and repeatable processes. Key Responsibilities: Identify chronic process issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop sustainable solutions to improve yield, quality, and overall process performance. Maintain and continuously improve machine and process performance to reduce variability and enhance operational stability. Characterize process windows for newly developed or transferred processes to achieve consistent and repeatable results. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights. Generate, analyze, and support engineering data for decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions in alignment with engineering and production needs. Requirements B.Sc. in Materials/Chemical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent Prior experience in the semi-conductor industry or similar industries especially in process engineering. Understanding of the fundamentals of manufacturing line production, processing and integration. Excellent project planning, scheduling, documentation, coordination, execution and communication skills. Knowledge in defect management and visual inspection - advantage. Knowledge of JMP Software will be preferred.
