Description This position is established to design, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for automotive components, ensuring stable product quality, cost efficiency, high production productivity, and smooth introduction and mass production of new products. 1.Design, optimize and improve manufacturing processes for automotive components to ensure production efficiency and product quality. 2.Develop and update process documents, work instructions, and technical standards. 3.Introduce and validate new equipment and processes, supporting new product introduction and mass production. 4.Analyze process issues and quality problems during production, propose and implement improvement measures. 5.Drive lean manufacturing, cost optimization and safety improvement projects. Work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure process feasibility and continuous improvement. Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields. 2.3+ years of experience in automotive components manufacturing or process engineering; experience in stamping, welding, injection molding, assembly, or surface treatment is preferred. 3.Familiar with IATF16949 quality system, APQP, PPAP, FMEA tools. 4.Strong problem-solving, project management, and teamwork skills.
