As a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Process Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing or operations team, supporting process development, optimization, and implementation activities across production lines. Under the guidance of senior engineers and managers, you will be responsible for analysing current manufacturing processes, identifying areas of improvement, and contributing to process efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, r related field
Experience: 0-3 years

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and industrial safety.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work on shop floor and flexible to work in shifts (if required).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or any ERP systems is a plus.
