Process Engineering at a Glance
These teams are the Problem Solvers when it comes to preparing a system for delivery to a customer.
You will author the process for our product’s final assembly, and the order and method by which each of the thousands of components go together into a single system. These technical documents become formal part of our state-of-the-art Manufacturing Execution System that we rely on for on-time delivery.

We have a team of Manufacturing Engineers for each major discipline in WESCAM so that every area of development is covered:

  • Optical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering

Additionally, our Manufacturing Engineers/Process Engineers are often selected to move on into Design roles, supported to pursue their P.Eng designations or join our leadership teams.
If you are thinking about a career move this year, or within the next 5 years – join or talent community. Your dream job could be just around the corner.
