Description
Responsibilities: Team leadership and management Responsible for managing and guiding the process engineering team, developing the work plans, leading the projects and driving the achievement of team performance; Process development and optimization Lead the introduction and validation of new technologies, processes, and materials, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure production efficiency and quality standards Lead the implementation of and smooth progress of process improvement e.g. End to End Solutions, Automation and digitization Projects, ensuring project progress and effectiveness Responsible for the promotion of new product introduction, new technology and new equipment application Quality and problem solving Apply quality tools such as FMEA, 8D reports, PDCA to analyze production failures, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with customer requirements or industry standards. Cross departmental collaboration and customer support Collaborate with project management, sales, and supply chain teams to provide technical solutions to customers, support engineering changes, and cost assessments Budget and KPI Management Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly report progress, and take improvement measures. ‌ n failures, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with customer requirements or industry standards.
