YOUR ROLE To coordinate the front-end of line process industrialization (wafer preparation, laser grooving, wafer sawing, die attach glue/ soft solder/solder paste- glue curing) supporting new products or package and at the same time ensuring quality standards of the new product /process being developed, meeting target milestones or maturity and operating within the defined budget and resources of the scopes. To manage all development projects related to Critical product, including new material qualification, process changes and CPI across all the assembly line (perimeter includes either front-end and back-end of line) To manage all the assembly-related innovation activities (proof of concept projects/ R&D support activities/ patents/technical papers at plant level) acting as main interface toward GTR&D organization for the plant. To lead taskforces for process improvement related to new projects YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Techncial Background: Strong technical knowledge of assembly processes, strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical problem solving. Degree of autonomy: High level of autonomy in the technical decision-making process is needed. Interaction with N+1, N+2, N+3 are mainly for strategic alignment or project review. Managerial responsibility: this role includes leading and managing a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development.
