We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineering Team Lead to support and expand our team in delivering cutting-edge projects within the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors. This senior role will offer leadership in both technical expertise and project execution while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of complex process engineering tasks.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • P.Eng in good standing.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in Process Engineering, with a focus on oil & gas production facilities, renewable energy processes, compression facilities, gathering systems, pipeline facilities, fractionation plants, turbo-expander cryogenic plants, dehydration units, and loading terminals.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and projects, with a strong track record in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., HYSYS, Symmetry, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong debottlenecking and troubleshooting capabilities.
