  • Comfortable working in ambiguous and dynamic environments

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Collaborate with the Director of the AI/ML Service Line to define and drive execution of service line strategy and internal initiatives (e.g., process execution and enablement, capability building, tooling, go-to-market readiness).
  • Develop and maintain internal and cross-functional processes, quality control mechanisms, knowledge sharing, templates, and KPIs to support consistent service delivery.
  • Act as the go-to person for driving adoption of processes, surfacing blockers, and proposing optimizations in the Service Line.
  • Support the implementation of differentiated service offerings and productization opportunities in partnership with the Service Line and CTO team.
  • Manage aggregated service-line specific agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, standups, workshops) and administrative tasks.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by defining value propositions and shaping messaging.
  • Coordinate communication, documentation, and alignment across the service line and with other key functions such as Delivery Operations and the PMO.
  • Drive external, publishable content creation with technical talent to facilitate thought leadership in the industry.
