CASA & Cross Sell is one of the important balance sheet and P&L item for Agri Finance Group. Group’s focus is to synergies the existing relationship, deepen & explore CASA opportunities thereby improving profitability and stickiness per client Key Responsibilities : Responsible for overall CASA Book & Asset Cross Sell of Agri Customer Ideate strategy for incremental CASA business including formulating contests and team engagements Appraising management on the existing book and ways to improve CASA and Asset Cross Sell Preparing review presentation and various reports on key business parameters to facilitate decision by Management Taking feedback and ironing out the serving issue, if any with respect to CASA and Asset Cross Sell Mapping Eco-system with portfolio clients to increase wallet share Job Requirements Postgraduate MBA/CA 5 to 6 Years of experience in related field or prior experience managing Branch Understanding RBI/Bank Internal guideline related to CASA or Asset Cross Sell polices To be Self-motivated & high on energy with proficient communication skill (oral and written) Should have both liability & asset product knowledge Understanding market and customer segment
