Change Management & Adoption Execute structured change management (readiness, communications, training) of process reengineering initiatives. Digital & Automation Enablement Partner with Digital Delivery (product teams) and Technology teams to embed workflow automation, process mining and digital tools. Support requirements definition and Agile delivery (user stories, backlog input), as relevant. Risk, Compliance & Governance Ensure target processes meet regulatory, legal, audit, risk and conduct requirements. Maintain audit‑ready documentation and evidence of controls. Drive adoption of redesigned processes and monitor post‑go‑live results.
