Management Level I Process Executive Team: Central Reconciliations Reports to: Team Leader Role To carry out a range of assigned clerical / support duties in accordance with predetermined procedures and service standards under appropriate guidance and direction. EQ India Operations team works closely with the EQ Group functions across UK, US and Amsterdam to provide operations support to Shareholder Solutions, Pensions Solutions, Investment Services, Employee Benefit Solutions, KYC Operations, Customer Experience Centre, Reconciliations, and Innovation. This service is delivered from our offices in India based out of Chennai and Bangalore. Core Duties and Responsibilities · Perform accurate and timely clerical and administrative tasks required to support daily client money and non‑client money reconciliation processes.  Handle standard reconciliation‑related enquiries, escalating complex issues to senior colleagues when needed.  Contribute effectively to the team’s overall reconciliation workload, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met.  Continuously develop operational knowledge, identifying opportunities to improve reconciliation processes and service quality.  Carry out additional reconciliation‑related duties at a similar level when required.  Maintain full compliance with Equiniti procedures, regulatory obligations, and FCA Principles for Business when managing client and non‑client money records.  Work strictly within established security and quality frameworks to protect sensitive financial data and ensure reconciliation accuracy.  Uphold high ethical standards and adhere to all physical and information‑security requirements when handling reconciliation data. Knows where to find things and adheres to deadlines Uses a keyboard on one or more systems, understanding functions for producing a range of outputs. Has an understanding of the main activities of own business unit/area.
