This role is responsible for providing operations and customer data analysis support. This role provides operational performance insight, identifying improvement opportunities, and facilitating the implementation of impactful solutions to operational issues and challenges. This position also leads the design and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. The solutions, tools and improvements are critical to timely visibility of APLL’s customer freight and management reports and dashboards that empower APLL customers and operations teams to decision making and problem solving This role reports to the Manager, Data Analytics Process Design.
