Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

• Personality: Solution-oriented, assertive, self-initiated, creative, enthusiastic, resilient
• Working style: Team-oriented, systematic, goal-oriented, decisive
• Experience and know-how: Very good knowledge of semiconductor technology and process development; Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of films (CVD/PVD) / etch; Knowledge of relevant analysis methods (FIB/REM) advantageous; Excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
• Language: Very good knowledge of English, German advantageous
• Education: Completed university degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, materials science or comparable qualifications
