You will be Responsible for: Having accountability for preparing export/import documentation and submitting the same timely and accurately to stakeholders Adhering to IOPs and checking deviations prior with stakeholders Focusing on data quality to ensure SLAs are met Maintaining up-to-date understanding/training of process and IOPs to create documentation Performing root cause analyses in the event of escalations Training new hires on the process(es) Required Skills & Competencies Individual Contributor role. Subject matter expert in own domain Require conversational skills to have connects with stakeholders/clients Calling experience is needed Experience or understanding of the domain.
