Job Description Role Purpose Drive business transformation by providing deep operations expertise across end-to-end processes. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for process, product, system, and BAU queries, while strengthening NOC capabilities and governance. Key Responsibilities Process & Tools Governance SPOC for technical, system, process, and product-related queries from Delivery, Execution, NOC, and ROC teams Design, improve, and govern processes; act as a change agent Identify and implement automation and innovation opportunities Partner with Product, Technology, and Data Science teams on tool requirements, testing, and sign-off NOC Enablement & Growth Provide first-level BAU support and enable NOC self-sufficiency Drive transparency on NOC health, needs, and performance Support regional and global growth initiatives Compliance & Standards Design and track compliance metrics Drive adherence to global standards using quality and efficiency metrics Define, maintain, and improve global SOPs and guidelines Knowledge & Capability Building Develop and deliver training, documentation, and learning initiatives Review and approve training materials Foster a strong learning culture and build future subject matter experts Qualifications 3–5 years’ experience in an operations environment (SampleDB, TP; knowledge of DV & DP) Strong end-to-end CIP Factory knowledge (inputs, outputs, data sources, deliverables) Proven change leadership and problem-solving ability Experience working in global, multi-country environments Strong analytical skills (1–3 years of data analysis experience) Technical skills: R, Python, Visual Studio (preferred) Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change Fluent in English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
