Description

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) was formed in October 2023 through the merger of Sovereign and Network Homes.
Our purpose is to provide good, affordable homes. We provide over 84,000 homes and invest in communities across the South, West and East of England, including London, as well as aiming to create thousands of new affordable homes every year.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a proactive, curious individual with a strong track record of driving improvement initiatives within the service industry. Ideally, you’ll hold Yellow or Green Belt certification and bring hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma tools—particularly A3 thinking and the DMAIC framework. Familiarity with BPM software such as Adonis, Visio, ARIS, or Bizagi is highly desirable.
You’ll have excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. You’ll be confident working independently while building strong, collaborative relationships across the organisation, and experienced in supporting transformational change by embedding new ways of working.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Process Improvement Analyst, you’ll support the Senior Process Improvement Analyst and Business Process Delivery Manager. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with colleagues across the business to execute process improvement projects, embed best practice methodologies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll be based in our office in Basingstoke combining both office and home working to ensure a positive work / life balance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a backlog of initiatives.
  • Apply recognised methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) to deliver meaningful change.
  • Engage and upskill process owners, embedding best practices and controls to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
  • Support and enhance SNG’s BPM tools, monitoring performance and promoting adoption across the organisation.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with colleagues to capture requirements, understand business needs, and secure buy-in for change.
  • Create, maintain, and improve detailed process maps across multiple business areas, ensuring alignment with SNG’s process standards.
  • Act as a role model for SNG’s values, promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous learning.
