Description:
Overview:
The PepsiCo Process Improvement Engineer would have primary accountability for the identification and execution of projects that will; (a) Deliver Productivity savings and (b) improve Line/Area Reliability (including Quality Assurance).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Productivity Savings and Improve Line/Area Reliability
- Work closely with Business Unit Teams to leverage Loss Analysis
- Apply process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, TPM, FMEA, etc…) and Advanced Statistical Tools (including process control methodologies) to identify “solutions.”
- Drive Productivity agenda as acting Scrum Master for Departments Agile teams
- Support preparation of CAR, CEA for implementation approval
- Lead team to execute project solution and validate
