The Role We're seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives across our fast-growing wealth management platform. You'll be instrumental in scaling our operations while maintaining the high-touch service our clients expect. This role sits at the intersection of traditional wealth management and cutting-edge fintech, requiring someone who can optimize complex processes while preserving the human element that defines exceptional client experiences.
