FedTec is seeking Process Improvement Manager-Hybrid

JOB OVERVIEW:

FedTec is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager Level 3 to lead process evaluation and optimization initiatives within its Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) Operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in assessing existing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing solutions to improve overall performance and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience evaluating and enhancing business or IT processes and a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements. Experience in specifying software system requirements to support process enhancements is preferred.
