Defining and creation of dashboards for key figures and assuring actuality of data
Ensuring the visibility of the current processes, methods and tools landscape and coordinating the improvement requirement collection for a future oriented trajectory
Moderating the stakeholder mapping and management activities
Leading process improvement projects
Leading lean deployment in the team (Performance Management, Practical Problem Solving)
Leading and supporting the creation of new processes (e.g. Innovation, Strategy, Customer Feedback)
Building strong interface with other domains incl dedicated governance
