What the day will look like Assist in conducting interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to gather process information and requirements. Learn to document and visualize business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation under guidance. Support the preparation and maintenance of process maps, SOPs, and related documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio or similar BPM software. Coordinate process review sessions, take notes, capture feedback, and help integrate suggested refinements. Collaborate with senior analysts and process improvement experts during process design and transition exercises. Help track process performance metrics and assist in basic analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Maintain version control and up-to-date process documentation. How this opportunity is different We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Process Analyst to support our process improvement and documentation initiatives. You will work alongside business teams and senior analysts to capture, document, and help optimize business processes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in quality operations, process documentation, or transitions who is eager to develop further expertise in BPMN process mapping and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Skills and experience that will lead to success 1–2 years of experience in a supporting role within Quality, Operations, Process Documentation, or similar areas, preferably in ITES or BPM industry. Familiarity (through education or practical exposure) with business process documentation and mapping. Some experience (academic or practical) using tools like Microsoft Visio or other process mapping/BPM software. Basic understanding of BPMN 2.0 notation is preferred; willingness to learn and develop further. Lean Six Sigma White Belt Good organizational, planning, and communication skills; able to work well within teams.
