Description Red Pulley Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Process Improvement Specialist to support the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Improvement Sciences Directorate. This role supports Navy Medicine’s mission to improve operational readiness through process improvement, project execution, and data-driven decision-making across multiple commands. The Improvement Sciences Specialist will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies to support process improvement initiatives, analyze performance data, and contribute to the execution of projects across commands with varying levels of Improvement Sciences maturity. This position follows a hybrid delivery model with approximately 60 percent onsite support at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), Falls Church, VA, and 40 percent remote support from a contractor location. Location: Falls Church, VA (Hybrid) Clearance: Active Secret (Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or related discipline Minimum of 6 years of experience applying improvement methodologies and supporting or leading projects Strong understanding of improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA/PDCA, and change management Proficiency in data analysis, including use of statistical software and tools Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and root cause analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, or training sessions Demonstrated project management skills Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and organizational levels Active DoD Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification PMP or other project management certification Experience supporting DHA, BUMED, or military healthcare programs Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools Experience supporting SharePoint or knowledge management platforms Key Responsibilities Support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and workflow assessments Analyze data using statistical tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities Support development and tracking of KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics Assist in planning and execution of improvement initiatives and projects Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions Develop reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple Navy Medicine commands Support knowledge management efforts including SharePoint Travel: Approximately 15 percent is required to support project execution, training, site assessments, and initiative implementation.
