is responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of operational processes and performance management across Boutiqaat’s core departments. This role involves identifying and driving efficiency improvements, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity across inbound, outbound, logistics, and inventory processes. The specialist will utilize data analysis and process optimization techniques to develop and implement strategies that streamline operations, improve service quality, and reduce waste, all while aligning with Boutiqaat’s strategic objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineers, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 year of experience in process improvement or performance management roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail operations
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
