The Process Improvement Specialist (Tamheer) at Ninja will be responsible for identifying and implementing process enhancements across our operations. This role is designed for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain practical experience in operational excellence. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of best practices. Key Responsibilities: Assist in mapping and analyzing current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Participate in project teams to implement process changes that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Collect and examine data to assess the performance of existing processes and measure the impact of improvements. Contribute to the development of process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training manuals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to conduct audits and process reviews Ability to create and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Must meet Tamheer eligibility criteria (unemployed, no GOSI record in last 6 months, and not previously joined Tamheer)
