Working side by side with experienced colleagues in an informal environment, you’ll be challenged to bring out your best every day. Our internships can last up to 12 months. Responsibilities Effectively collaborate with Production, Maintenance, or Quality teams to support daily operations. Assist in monitoring production lines and identifying areas for improvement. Participate in the analysis of key operational metrics (OEE, waste, productivity, downtime). Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S implementation on the shop floor. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Contribute to process optimization, automation, or cost-reduction projects. Qualifications Fluent in Portuguese. Intermediate level of English. Fast learner, especially with digital tools and industrial systems. Strong interest and motivation to develop in Production, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, or Quality. Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office. Proactive, flexible attitude with strong teamwork skills. Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail abilities. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to operational safety.
