Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Process Improvement will devise and optimize operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and driving continuous process improvements within the fleet management team. This role involves analyzing data, streamlining maintenance and logistics processes. A key challenge in this role will be on operational effectiveness while adapting to evolving business needs. Within the first six months, the analyst will assess current workflows, implement efficiency strategies, and enhance reporting mechanisms, directly impacting cost savings, service reliability, and overall fleet performance. Success in this role will lead to scalable improvements in fleet operations. Ideally, you are a professional with excellent understanding in process managements and have / in the process of getting PMP, CBAP or Six Sigma certifications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO



    • Document business processes and owners, and ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are adhered throughout the flow

    • Work with stakeholders to gain deep understanding of the mechanics of Fleet management, and identify pain points
    • Collect and interpret fleet performance data to support strategic initiatives needed
    • Develop and refine processes related to vehicle onboarding, vehicle maintenance, driver onboarding, and financial settlement processes
    • Work closely with fleet partners, procurement, operations, and finance teams to drive continuous improvement.

    WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS



      • A minimum of 5 years work experience in relevant sectors, e.g. Operations, Process Modeling, Improvement and Management

      • Excellent problem solving and data analytical skills
      • Great communication skills both in English and in Bahasa Indonesia
      • Strong sense of business and tech processes
      • Fast learner, can work in an ambiguous setting
