Job Description About the Position Are you a Reporting & Analytics professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and automation, preferably within a finance background? We are seeking a dynamic individual who excels in data management and transformation processes and has a proven track record in managing finance operations reporting. Key Responsibilities: Reporting Management: Handle scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs for Finance Operations towers – P2P, O2C, R2R. Dashboard Development: Create impactful Power BI dashboards to enhance reporting and generate valuable data insights. Automation Projects: Lead automation initiatives focusing on data source and data transformation processes. Optimization Opportunities: Collaborate with finance process leads and cross functional teams to identify & implement optimization/transformation opportunities. IT Collaboration: Work closely with IT to deliver successful transformation and automation projects. Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel with VBA/Macros, SQL, SAP Reporting, Power Query, Power BI (DAX queries), and PowerPoint. Data Expertise: Strong understanding of database concepts, data quality, and data integrity to ensure reporting accuracy. Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to effectively convey insights and collaborate with teams. Preferred Experience: Exposure to data analytics, data science concepts, and generative AI usage is a plus.
