JOB REQUIREMENTS: [ENGLISH]

  • 8+ years of experience as a Process Integration Engineer or Process Engineer in SAW manufacturing or the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (lithography, dry etching, metal/insulator film deposition, wet processes, CMP) and semiconductor devices.
  • Proficiency in Design of Experiments (DoE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and analysis techniques.
  • Basic business IT skills, including Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional level of written and verbal communication in English.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet design specifications and performance requirements.
  • Integrate new technologies and materials into existing processes, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control process parameters to ensure consistent quality and yield, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Analyze yield data to identify trends and root causes of defects, implementing strategies to improve yield and reduce variability.
  • Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D teams to ensure seamless process integration and resolve any technical issues.
  • Manage projects related to process development and improvement, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
