Job Duties Developing and implementing plans and procedures. Designing and executing engineering using automated scripts. Conducting tests to evaluate performance and environmental factors. Analyzing data and identifying defects. Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams. Developing engineering automation strategies. Maintaining equipment. Creating detailed engineering reports. Performing root cause analysis. Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Staying updated on new technologies. Job Requirement Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of methodologies, failure analysis, experience with Engineering plans, automation tools, equipment, debugging, programming languages, signal and power integrity, industry standards, and reading schematics. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and drive tool lifecycle planning. Problem-Solving & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Engineering issues, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement effective solutions.
